Niel Armstrong President, FounderMr. Armstrong is the Founder and President of Gordian Investments with over 35 years of professional experience within the financial services industry. Niel was also the founder and President of Gordian Compliance Solutions (a compliance consulting firm) that was founded in 2010 and acquired by RIA in a Box in October 2019. Prior to Gordian, Niel served as the Chief Compliance Officer for Conifer Securities, was a Special Investigator for the NASD Department of Enforcement; and Compliance Manager for Wells Fargo Securities. Niel also worked at Fidelity Investments for over ten years where his positions included mutual fund sales rep, fund accountant, brokerage rep, senior trader and brokerage manager.
Niel holds the Series 63, 7, 8, 24 and 4 securities licenses. Chris Roberts Chief Financial OfficerMr. Roberts has been with Gordian Investments since 2015 coming from his own consulting business that focuses on his extensive experience in accounting and money management. Along with his accounting expertise Chris has experience in operations, management, and human resources, which allows him to understand and assist with client needs. Chris works with broker dealers to ensure compliance with net capital and other financial requirements, and he also assists registered investment advisers with treasury control operations.
Chris holds his FINRA Series 27, 63, 24 and 7 Licenses. He graduated from Weber State University with a degree in Business Administration. |
